About Me

I’m a qualified counsellor offering online therapy to adults from all walks of life. My approach is integrative and person-centred, with a focus on creating a space where you feel truly seen and supported.

As someone who still navigates their own mental health, I bring lived experience into the therapy room – this does not to take focus away from you but instead helps to deepen the empathy and honesty I offer. I know that healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to be “fine” to be making progress.

Soft music plays during my sessions, it helps me stay focused, calm, and fully with you. I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical. Outside the therapy room, I love books, nature walks, and saying hello to every dog I pass.

My own journey with mental health difficulties lead me to this job, where I am able to offer others the kind of support I needed but didn’t always have. Therefore, I’m passionate about creating a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, empowering, and real.

I feel it is important to share with you that I have visible self-harm scars. I understand this may be triggering for some clients, so please feel free to let me know if you’d prefer I wear long sleeves. Your comfort is what matters here.
