The name New Moon Counselling comes from the new moon itself — a symbol of renewal, reflection, and fresh beginnings. This space is here to support your journey forward, whether that means healing from the past, exploring who you are, or navigating current challenges. 

New Moon is an LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and inclusive practice. I welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Whether you’re facing mental health struggles, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling disconnected, you’ll be met with warmth, respect, and genuine curiosity -  never judgment. 

Here, you can speak freely, be truly heard, and take steps that feel right for you. Knowing that you are at the heart of each session, and confidentiality is always respected. 

New Moon offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to explore whatever’s on your mind. At New Moon Counselling, I understand that not everyone works 9–5. If you’re a shift worker whether in healthcare, hospitality, emergency services, retail, or any other field, it can be hard to find time for support that fits into your life. 

That’s why New Moon offers flexible online counselling, designed to work around irregular schedules, late nights, and changing shifts. Sessions are held online via a secure video platform, meaning you can access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space. No travel, no time off work, no extra stress.
